Simply measure out and whisk your choice of green tea powder into hot water to taste the difference!

 

Originally from China, the chashaku spatula has been designed specifically as the traditional tool for measuring out matcha. With a shallower bowl than a regular spoon, it functions more as a scoop, and gives you better control over how much matcha you're adding to your bowl. (One scoop equates to about a third of a teaspoon.)

 

Natural bamboo.

The whisk, or 'chasen', meanwhile, doesn't just whisk your matcha - it froths it, thanks to those springy bamboo prongs that prevent the green tea powder from clumping in water. The result is a beautifully smooth, clean green brew.
 

Soak scoop in cold water for 2 minutes before its first use.
Rinse and wipe the scoop after each use
